Who we are

My name is Lucy Ruane, I hold a Bachelor of Psychology, a Graduate Certificate in Counselling, and a Master of Autism (Distinction). I am a registered Developmental Educator and a tutor within the University of Wollongong’s Master of Autism program.

I am deeply passionate about providing individualised, strengths-based therapy and support to neurodivergent people and the important people in their lives. I believe meaningful skill-building and therapeutic change happens best when everyone involved in an individual’s world is supported, informed, and included.

I specialise in working with young people aged 10 years and older, including those who are autistic, have an intellectual disability, and/or ADHD. My work focuses on building practical, life-enhancing skills across areas such as social connection, communication, emotional regulation, and employment readiness, always tailored to the individual’s goals and needs.

In addition to therapy, I provide consultancy and education to schools and workplaces, supporting more inclusive, neuro-affirming environments where individuals can thrive.
